Richard J. Amato
Richard J. Amato brings years of quality experience in property management
and real estate financing to the company. Before forming OLYMPUS GROUP, Mr.
Amato was Director of Real Estate Acquisitions/Marketing for Mutual Benefit
Financial Services where he was directly responsible for over $60 million
in acquisitions annually. Mr. Amato, As Chairman, holds a B.S. from Roger
Williams University in Architectural and Urban Engineering.
Mr. Amato is a licensed real estate Broker in Rhode Island.
F. Ed Webb, III
F. Ed Webb III, a principal of OLYMPUS GROUP REAL ESTATE and OLYMPUS GROUP
MANAGEMENT COMPANY puts his accounting, banking and finance background to
work. As President, Mr. Webb maintains the integrity of financial services
and manages staff and scheduling. Mr. Webb has previously held corporate accounting
and finance positions with Fleet National Bank. He attended the M.A. Program
in Economics at Brown University, and holds a B.S. in Economics from Oklahoma
State University.
Mr. Webb is a CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER®
and a licensed real estate Broker in Rhode Island.
Gregory E. Micallef
Gregory E. Micallef, a principal of OLYMPUS GROUP REAL ESTATE COMPANY,
specializes in the sale and
Leasing of commercial and industrial property. Mr. Micallef graduated with
high honors from Georgetown University, with a B.S. in Economics. He draws
from over fifteen years of manufacturing experience, fulltime commercial brokerage
and continuous education from the Real Estate Training Institute.
He possesses a keen awareness of, and ability to fulfill, the specific needs
of the industrial, office and investment real estate client.
Mr. Micallef is a licensed real estate Broker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Leon Tetreault
Leon Tetreault, residential agent for OLYMPUS GROUP REAL ESTATE and
OLYMPUS GROUP MANAGEMENT COMPANY puts his years of real estate and customer
service experience to work. As a 14 year employee of Olympus Group, Mr. Tetreault
maintains the integrity and resourcefulness required to excel in his field.
Mr. Tetreault has previously held positions with Narragansett Village, Wethersfield
Commons and Sweet Meadows Inn. He attended St. Mary’s University and
holds a M.Th. in Theology.
Mr. Tetrealt is a licensed real estate broker in Rhode Island.
