Information required for resale certificate

There is a production period of ten (10) business days for any required documents.

Right of First Refusal requires a thirty (30) day production period for approval.

It is the seller's responsibility to request any necessary documents, including right of first refusal, insurance information, working capital, and condominium documents reproduced.

Olympus Group Management Company cannot provide information to any party but the seller/owner or his/her agent.

Charges:

$150.00 for Resale Certificate (Seller responsibility)

$50.00 for Waiver of Right of First Refusal (Seller responsibility)

$75.00 for Completion of Condo Surveys (Buyer responsibility)
