Information required for refinance/insurance certificate/condo questionnaires

There is a production period of three (3) business days for any required documents, including obtaining insurance certificates and completion of condo questionnaires.

Charges:

$75.00 Administrative fee for completion of Condo questionnaires and related documents (i.e., copy of budget, insurance policy, etc.). Fee due prior to completing questionnaire.


There is no charge for yearly updates to mortgage companies.
